By downloading, installing, or using Zenzi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Zenzi.
The service
Zenzi is software provided by Eric Hahn. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may suspend or discontinue the service. Zenzi is provided free of charge except where stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Zenzi for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble Zenzi, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
- Copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense Zenzi without our written permission;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
- Use Zenzi to infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Your content
Zenzi works with your own files and data. You keep all rights to them; we claim no ownership. You are responsible for the content you use Zenzi with and for having the rights to use it.
Intellectual property
Zenzi, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Eric Hahn and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Zenzi; they do not transfer any ownership to you.
Third-party services
Zenzi may connect to third-party services (such as Google) at your direction. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimer of warranties
Zenzi is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Zenzi will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eric Hahn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of Zenzi.
Privacy
Your use of Zenzi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is handled.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of Zenzi after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
